Product description

Spectrolab-Plus products are suitable for pure gases up to a purity of class 6.0 (99,9999%).
Outlet pressure: 10 bar
Bench-mounted
With flow-control-valve.

The fittings incorporate the functions shut-off, pressure regulation and pressure indication in one compact, ergonomic unit.
All components are plastic-coated resistant to acid and alkaline solutions.

Connections:
Inlet: tube 6 x 1 mm
Outlet: 1/4" - 18 NPT female

Technical data:

  • Material: brass (optional: stainless steel)
  • Diaphragm material: stainless steel (Hastelloy C276)
  • Outlet pressure: 10 bar, optional: 1½, 5 or 50 bar
  • Leak rate: 10-8 bar cm3/s He
  • All equipment has been 100% Helium-leak-tested using a mass-spectrometer
